Title pretty much says it all.
Just got diagnosed and have a follow up with a specialist, but wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what they might have done to help/alleviate the discomfort.
My GP gave me some very general advice and has me on a regimen of anti-inflamatory drugs and suggested I find a support group or way to talk to others to learn of their experience until I can get in to the specialist.
Anyone with any experience?
