if you gained a lot of weight in days, it is most likely water weight..cuts carbs , sodium and stay at or slightly below your calorie deficit.5

Fast weight loss is not recommended, unless you are under a doctor's care for a medical condition. Input your stats into MFP based on the following:
If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lb/week is ideal
If you have 15-25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lb/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lb/week is ideal
This will give your daily calorie amount to follow (without exercise). MFP will give you additional calories for your exercise - eat back 50% to 100% of those calories.10 -
I would caution you on trying to lose weight "fast", especially if you have been overeating. That helps to encourage and perpetuate a binge/restrict cycle, which isn't helpful mentally or physically. Rather set a modest rate of loss, and try to build better habits during this time so you don't overeat as much. Some of your recent weight gain will be water weight, so that will go away "fast" if you adjust to a more appropriate diet. But if you have gained actual fat, you should try to lose it responsibly, not yo-yo diet.13

No, not really. Unless you wish to be hospitalized for malnutrition instead of going on holiday.
Slow weight loss is sustainable weight loss.
ETA: Judging by your other posts, you're 14 or 15, right?7 -
After a binge, you can easily be storing 8+ pounds of water that'll come right off if you just eat at maintenance and do low sodium/low carb for 5-6 days. You may not have as much of an issue as you thought. In about a week, you'll be looking at your "real" weight again, and can decide how to proceed from there.0

I hear that limb removal works wonders for fast weight loss.5

Without your stats we don't really know what a 'lot' of weight means to you. It could 5 or 50. I don't think you'll find any quick or rapid weight loss tips here. Most of us believe in edging our way down slowly. Regardless of many days or years of poor eating decisions...they are not fixed by overcompensating with a brutally strict diet. That only leads to an all or nothing relationship with food. Eat all the things, rebound weight gain with friends followed by diet after diet after diet. Wild swings back and forth, UP and down. Starting over and over and over again.
Follow the constructs of MFP and you'll have a much better chance of getting there and staying there. Enjoy the vacation and own it. All of it. Track your data points and you'll feel better before and after the vacation. Stay the course because there's always another holiday coming around again, every day of the month.1
