Diabetes dx

So i haven't had a great year. I injured my back, went on a bucket load of steroids. Gained thirty pounds and now i have a pre diabetic diagnosis from my doc. Well guess its time to get back on track. My first thought was to down load this app, which helped me lose 100 lbs in the past. Alot has changed! Including being able to have discussions. Well i have to get my self in the right direction. My MD suggests no mor then 130 carbs a day. I just figured out how to adjust my settings. Now how do i adjust the setting in my brain for bread. Yikes

If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.
Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log it in the food diary.
