how often should you change up your workout routine before your body gets used to it?

i'm on my third week of doing the pump it up workout dvd three times a week and it's really fun but after how many weeks shoukd you change it up before your body starts to adapt? (if hats even a thing)
and then in october i plan to do insanity max 30 because it looks really fun but very challenging

Your body never "adapts" to a workout. As long as you can keep increasing the intensity of the workout, and you are working out your full body, you don't have to change your workout up unless you get bored of it.8
