Trying to lose this.

Hi everyone. My name is Maria. Does anyone have any tips on getting motivated to go to the gym or even a walk. I get home from work and am very tired. After working 12 hours i look forward on sitting down. Any tips anyone.

    I'm in the same boat.

    I've almost always had the motivation for 25 minute brisk walk at least.

    I started a new job that is kicking my ***. I need to start walking again, but am so exhausted... Just can't seem to do it.

    what works for me was to wake up much earlier to incorporate the exercise you want to do...i.e. walking, gym, yoga. gotta give time for yourself first before giving time to anyone else. start the day doing an activity for yourself. once completed, mentally you are ready for the rest of the day to serve others. make yourself top priority. good luck!!!

    I used to go to the gym at 4:30 a.m. because that was the best fit for me. Figure out what your best fit is.
