Gained weight

Hi,

I lost weight in the first 3 weeks (quite a lot, over a stone), it's now my fourth week weighing myself and I have gained 4 lbs somehow. I don't understand how as I have been sticking to tracking religiously. Any ideas?

    Have you been using a food scale?

    How have you been choosing which foods to use from the database? Many entries are way off.

    Have you added any new exercise? You will retain water as your muscles repair the microtears.

    What did you choose for a weekly loss rate?

    Age, starting weight, current weight, height, gender?
