My debut message...

Hello all, my name is Brandon and I’m new to this app.

Today is day 1, I weigh about 235 lbs right now and my goal is to hit 215 by November.

My main area of concern is my belly. I believe the majority of that 20 pounds is in that area.

It’s frustrating, because I’m a garbage man, I run stop to stop, lift every bin over my head, squat down for the heavier bins, 12 hour day’s, I include fruits and veggies in my diet, but still I’m struggling with the area.

Anyways, I’ll keep you folks updated!
