Starting off again

Hi! Trying to lose 40 lbs (220 to 180) and get leaner. I have the hardest time with cravings and will power. What are some tips?

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Within two weeks of starting mfp, my cravings were gone. Eat foods you love, stay in a calorie deficit and lose weight.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
