Plans? Goals?

Hey everyone! Just wanted to reach out and see what everyone is working towards :)

Myself personally I plan on working up to doing and 100 mile marathon, currently working on doing my first full marathon, I'm attempting to do so while maintaining my current muscle mass

    As for what I am working towards, I guess I’d say balance in all aspects of my life. I put everyone else ahead of myself for many years. It’s my turn now. What that looks like in the end, I still need to figure out.

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.

    Wow that's quite a goal.

    I'm having shoulder surgery in mid October so the goal now is to get into great shape before that so when I have down time for recovery I don't become a complete sloth
