Ok...my husband started noom...I’m not crazy about the guesstimates you have in food selections. Told him I could find a better app...hoping this is it. I’m jumping in to lose 30 lbs. I’m 57/180lbs and feeling pain in my knees. Heading towards retirement, I want those years to be healthy to enjoy travel and an active lifestyle . I go to Zumba classes 2-3 x per week and do floor exercises in my off days. Job is stressful so I have to watch my back as that is where I carry all my stress. Wish me luck!

Welcome to the community!
If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.
Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
Good luck with your journey!1 -
I love MFP. I've been off and on for years, when I put on a little (or a lot of) weight with injuries, I always hop back on, get my calories in check, and lose... And maintain until the next injury, lol.
Good luck on here. Great place to track, log, and find support.1
