steamed, cooked, baked, sautéed, raw...either is ok with me. I love especially cauliflower, broccoli and brussel sprouts any way I can get them.
Of course one needs to know how to prepare the stuff.0 -
Either way is cool with me. Especially when paired with low fat, low calorie, low carb, low cheese, Kraft pasteurized roll on cheese.0

Not fond completely raw, but just blanched is nice with hummus.0

Cauliflower is yummy when it's cooked in cake. True story.**
** Not really, that's blasphemy.0 -
I prefer broccoli raw.
I dislike cauliflower in any form, including as a substitute for mashed potatoes.0 -
Love them both........don't care as much for raw broccoli as I do raw cauliflower (I put it in my salads almost every day!)
But there ain't NOTHIN' like either of these served with a cheeeesy sauce like my Mom used to make! I must have it that way on occasion.......but ONLY once in a while, as it's a calorie buster :noway: :noway: :noway:0
