Does anybody know how much calories contain 1 egg?

    It should say it under the nutrition facts on the box. If you're getting them fresh then it depends on the size. I get large eggs that are 70 calories per egg.

    I was wondering what medium eggs were in the US. In my country, the eggs we call medium are the same size as US large, and our large eggs are the size of US extra large.

    get a food scale and weigh them.

    most are between 70-80 calories. some are slightly higher.

    i get my eggs from my neighbor who has chickens, so they all vary in weight.
