If there was a fairy that could grant you the wish of one "unhealthy" food lets say... doughnuts.. as being super healthy but in exchange you had to give up a food you like what would you choose?

Mine: I wish bread was insanely good for you and low cal.. like veggies and I would give up all meat in a heart beat to get it!!

who said that bread is not good for you, or that is hi in cals?

depending on the type of bread/brand/size, there are about 60-70 calories in one slice. so why do you have to give it up? personally, for my own journey, I find that cutting back on bread has been helpful to me, but that is my own choice.. ( I still have bread, but not at every meal)

other than that - I don't have many cravings. if I want something really badly I'll make it work within my cal goals

I would settle on if you could make Veggies smell like a loaf of French bread. I don't even really care about the taste, but darn I can't even go shopping when the bakery is open at my local grocer.....smells sooooo good!!
