I started low carb diet July 15. At first I was losing so fast. For the last couple of weeks, I bounce within a pound to a pound and a half.
I weighed 229.4 pounds when I started. I weighed 221.2 pounds this morning. I am frustrated.
I have decided to add IF to boost my results.
I drink apple cider vinegar as a tea at night. I am adding the tea in the morning as of today.
I am wondering if I am eating enough.

Are you counting calories? Low carb, intermittent fasting, apple Cider Vinegar, etc, don't do anything to lose weight. You only have to be eating at a calorie deficit.
Low carb works if eating low carb foods fill you up and help you to stay in a calorie deficit. Intermittent fasting works if eating only at certain times help you stay full and within your goal easier. Apple Cider Vinegar doesn't do anything for weight loss. Only add it to your tea and coffee if you enjoy the taste of it.
Enter your information in MFP, choose a rate of loss that is appropriate for how much you have to lose (you should only select 2 pounds a week if you have 60 or more pounds to lose), and then follow MFP's recommended calorie goals, weighing everything you eat. You can do low carb or intermittment fasting if you want, but it is not necessary.12 -
The fast initial loss from going low carb was probably mostly water.
IF doesn't "boost results" unless you change your calories eaten due to the change in eating pattern.
ACV doesn't do anything for weightloss.
"I am wondering if I am eating enough. " I more wondering if you are simply eating very close to maintenance calories.
What you are certainly doing is buying into myths.
Opening your food diary would help as the real problem is most likely to be found there.9 -
ITA that low carb is just a way of eating- you can do high carb or high protein etc, whatever helps keep you full. I think a food scale would help a lot also- its easy to over eat- no matter how many carbs you eat-jmho5
