Rest days?

What do you ladies do on rest days? I'm used to walking 4mph for 30 min every day. I've lost a bunch of weight doing that and decreasing my calories. I want to follow the C25K program and skip days between runs, just need advice on what do do on those days. I've finished week 2 just doing leg strength exercises on the off days so far, but wanting to know what yall do.
