HCGers, what does your food break down look like?

I am curious as to how you set your food break down goals. Mine are: 500 cal, 38g carb, 11g fat 63g protein and 14g fiber. I never make my protein or my fiber goals and am always under on my fat. My carbs come to 38 and sometimes go over, but they are all from approved veggies. I can't believe how low fat this diet really is!

    I won't comment on the rest of your post (I'm not an HCGer), but I just want to let you know that if your fiber is set at 14 and you are going below, you could really get into some problems with bowel movements. D:

    25 grams a day is the recommended amount.
