Weekend motivation

Weekend meals have always been the cheeseburgers, big steak, comfort meal type things. I know I can still have them as long as I'm careful, but since they're the things I usually overindulge, I've cut them out completely for now.
So before going to the grocery store where I knew they had ribeye on sale, I hit the closet and drawers. Dug into the back to get those things that haven't fit in forever and started trying things on. Some old favorites weren't nearly as tight as they used to be. Others were actually a little loose. That got me through the grocery store with a spring in my step.

Whatever works for you I bank calories so I can indulge a little at the weekend.0

Good strategy! It's all about creating new habits. The food you listed are your "habit" weekend food. Yes, you can still have them but cutting them out for now and creating a new routine may be a good idea.0
