I love making goals. My goal is to run a sprint triathlon in 2020. Did two in 2017. Decided this time I will learn to swim, bike and run first. 🤪1

Keep running
full marathon is only 6 weeks away. Break 2 for my 1/2 marathon time. Also counteract those goals with beer.
