NO CHEATING!

When I first started dropping weight and putting on muscle, it was hard because I wasn't serious about watching what I eat or how many calories I was consuming. Watch what you eat and drink. YES, beers can be tracked. Even those delicious IPAs. Lol
So, I know this has been said before but, when you eat *kitten* you're not supposed to, you're only cheating yourself. Don't complain about not losing weight when you aren't taking this seriously.
Eat some good food, don't go over your calories and go into the gym and
