Well, I have tried WW and was doing well ..until they started the zero points ...and I just cannot handle foods with zero pounts. My mind knows they still have calories but I ate too many of them anyway and have gained back 30 pounds ..I am just so upset with myself! I decided to start counting calories ...and here I am ..67 years old, short and overweight ...but here ...so I need help ..I need encouragement ..I need to know why I am a foodaholic! Oh, I am Sharon ..my husband and I are trying this togwther !

Welcome to the community!
If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.
Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
Good luck with your journey!0 -
