Help! I'm addicted to oats!

I don't think that sentence has ever been said typed before, haha.

I've been eating a lot of oats lately. The old fashion rolled kind. While they have kind of a nutty flavor if eaten plain, that are pretty dry. I know oats are supposed to be one of those superfoods, but am I overdoing it?

On my lifting days, I add one serving of raw oats to my protein shakes (2). If I need a quick snack, I'll either mix the oats (sometimes toasted) with some crunchy peanut butter or mix them (both one serving) with a couple of scrambled eggs (no oil added, maybe a pinch of salt).

I'm staying withing my allowable calories, but I seem to going over on the carbs (could be attributed to using milk for the shakes, of course). Anything I should be worried about.
