Quad muscle surgery

Im having quad muscle surgery Thursday and was looking for someone who has had this rare injury. I had a knee replacement in December and I guess this is a complication of that surgery

    Wow, I had both knees replaced. Guess I got off easy, huh?

    Sorry to hear that :(

    No experience myself, but people often say to eat at maintenance while recovering from surgery, and that water weight spikes are to be expected so to not fret about them. (But you may already know this from your knee surgery.)
