When I go for walk, my iPhone is either in my pocket or purse but what about dancing 💃, weight lifting 🏋️♀️, moving or rotating my arms around while standing.... how do I put those exercises on my app other than writing ✍️ my notes? Any suggestions or solutions?

You can add excercise by going to the "Excercise" tab and finding the excercise in the database or one roughly equivalent. This adds it to you diary and will give you more calories. Just be cautious though as some of the estimates are a bit high in my opinion.0

I agree about the calorie estimates. I always cut them by 30 to 50%.
I also use a generic "circuit training" if I'm mixing up burpees and push ups or other high calorie movements. Jumping jacks etc.
I add a lot of my own exercises in both strength and cardio.0
