Consiste-what?

Hi. 45 year old guy here wanting to get my energy, motivation, confidence, and fitness back. For the first time my cholesterol is high so looking to clean up my diet and lose 15-20lbs. Consistency has been a big challenge for me so there have been a lot of false starts but not getting anywhere.
