Hi everyone!! I am new to MFP and am excited to create a healthier lifestyle. I have always had weight issues since I was about 12 (I’m 32 now). Since 2010, I have been over 21bs. I am now at my heaviest (268lbs) and was recently diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. I know it’s from my weight gain. Last year, I started Intermittent Fasting and lost 40lbs. I was at my lowest weight of 220 and could fit in Large shirts again. I’ve been through a lot emotionally since January and have gained the 40+ pounds back and now my body feels weak. My goal is to get to 200 which will be what I was in 2010 and then slowly work my way down to 160lb- my ultimate goal weight. Please feel free to add me as a friend as I could use some motivation and support. I’m a stay at home mom of 4 so I am trying to include walking in the mornings while my kids are at school and restarting intermittent fasting.
