In life, health, career, etc.

To me, success is being comfortable and confident with where you are IN THE PRESENT MOMENT. Not longing for the past, hoping for the future. But being secure with where you are now.

I'll keep it short and keep to weight loss. Success means getting to goal weight by the date I want. Failure means the opposite.

Success is feeling satisfied that you are doing the best you can in everything you do. It's being the best version of yourself.

Success as applied to weight loss? I’ve reached goal (Three times). I never in my wildest hopes expected to be this small again. I am running, something I haven’t done since the Presidents tests of the 70’s and that I hated with a passion. I do workouts that weren’t on my radar nine months ago. I have the respect of people I respect myself, both for where I’ve come from and because of what I (me!!!!!) can physically do now. My husband and kids are proud of me. I’m proud of me.

    Feels like success to me.
