    You may be sensitive to gluten, which could explain why you feel crummy after eating pasta (and pierogis). Barilla makes a good gluten free pasta. Try that next time you need a quick easy dinner for your kids. You may feel better.

    Alas, gluten free is not calorie free. 😞

    Still, worth experimenting with what makes you feel good, and what doesn’t.
