Hello!

I've got the MFP app downloaded on my phone, but thought it would be nice to become an active member on the message board and start talking to fellow MFP users!

I decided to join MFP in order to lose some weight, stick to a healthy lifestyle and tone my body. Although I've had the app for a while now, I do find it hard to remember to log everything! I'm just wondering how you lovely people remember to log everything?

    It gets easier after a few days because you will probably see that you eat similar foods several days a week. Then you can just copy entries from prior days using quick tools.
