40s and very sedentary. Friend me.

I lost weight a few years ago on MFP, and now I'm back. Life has been incredibly hard in the last few years. Looking to get myself back together again, and could use some motivational buddies, to receive and GIVE motivation to.

I'm looking to get my eating in better shape, mostly to keep my blood sugar steady. Getting to ANY level of physical activity is next, and probably the most important thing I need to do. If you can relate at all and want to buddy up, friend me.

Welcome back! MFP has helped me achieve my goals with the calorie count. I’m cheering for you!

    You can do it! 🌺

Great minds think alike, I've just come back to mfp today ! I'm also in my 40s and very sedentary. I hope we can motive each other to succeed, best of luck.

I've been reasonably consistent with my calorie count on MFP, but I've allowed my work schedule to dictate my workout schedule (or in the past two weeks of mid-shifts, lack of workouts).
