what under name can I add to the exercises done 'Tabata'?

What is the nature of the exercises (calisthenics, weight circuits, aerobics, . . . )? Add it that way. If you're not sure which it is, describe what you did and we'll try to help figure it out.
"Tabata" is mostly a pacing strategy, not an exercise modality per se (even though there are now classes called just "Tabata"). I could do Tabatas on a rowing machine, cycling, running, and others. Calorically, it makes a difference.1
