It’s almost been 3 weeks and 2.5kgs lighter! It’s been enlightening and interesting to see how I can be disciplined with calories and with that came portion control. I’m hoping to stick it out to reach 50% of my goal before freestyling ... without the app. I’m not one for staying glued to my phone, so this is creating another beast.
