Two days ago in themorning I woke up at 177.4 I did run twice through out that day before the morning I weighed my self and sweated a lot. I weighed my self this morning and I am at 181!!! I did not do any exercise at all yesterday though. I did not even eat that much. I feel like I weigh 177 right now. My pants fit perfectly. I have been on vacation. I have not eaten like ten men. I maybe had two peanut butter jelly sandwiches and fluids, some fruit. It is just depressing. I worked out a lot before this vacation and to see my weight just sky rocket like that. I really worked hard to lose all my weight. 60 pounds lost. I just feel the same like I did when I weigh 177.

And water retention.
Weight fluctuates constantly. It's normal.0 -
This happens to me all the time. Great diet and workout day followed by a weight gain. It will pass. If you are going to weigh yourself, you need to be prepared for the fluctuations that you cannot control. I weigh every day and expect fluctuations. Sometimes they are up, sometimes down. I was down 2 lbs this morning and have no clue why. I expect to be up 2 lbs tomorrow. I track it all to monitor longer term trends. Can you guess what phase I am in now? (blue line is current weight, red line is weight lost)
There are some pretty big swings in there, but I can always spot a trend before it gets out of hand.0
