The conventional wisdom in the forums is that the MFP blogs are NOT filled with great advice, but instead are click-baity typical media misinterpretations of science

I liked the n=1 podcast, but unfortunately it looks like they stopped at 4 episodes

Nutrition scientist, Kevin Klatt, PhD (@kcklatt) and Registered Dietitian, Katherine Pett, MS, RDN (@nutritionwonk) examine the science and history behind popular diets AND try the diets themselves!0 -

I don't follow blogs but I do have 3 youtubers that I subscribe to and really enjoy their videos. They're all carnivore leaning though, so probably not what you had in mind?
Dr. Shawn Baker https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5apkKkeZQXRSDbqSalG8CQ/videos
Dr. Ken Berry https://www.youtube.com/user/KenDBerry/videos
Grandma DC (love this lady, her videos are so entertaining and she's so down to earth!) https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQYGj-WweP55GkIJkdrF7jA/videos0 -
I don't read a lot of nutrition/fitness blogs, but a few I read sometimes and enjoy include:
NutritionWonk: https://www.thenutritionwonk.com/ (she was involved with n=1 podcast, don't know why it stopped)
https://bodyforwife.com/blog/
https://www.stephanguyenet.com/ (not sure how much he still posts, but the old stuff is good)
http://www.weightymatters.ca/
https://www.abbeyskitchen.com/category/nutrition/ -- I mainly know her from her YouTube. I'm super skeptical of most YouTube stuff, as that seems to be the home of some of the faddiest nonsense, but Abbey is funny and sensible.
If interested in plant-based nutrition, https://jacknorrisrd.com/ and https://www.theveganrd.com/ are good
For some interesting discussion of studies, with interest in low carb and IF, https://caloriesproper.com/ is good. He's especially interested in circadian rhythm. Much of the latest stuff requires Patreon, but there's a good archive.
A new favorite is Kevin Bass -- following his Twitter and seeing the links and arguments might bring you to some good sources: https://twitter.com/kevinnbass?ref_src=twsrc^google|twcamp^serp|twgr^author
Also https://www.biolayne.com/ (Layne Norton)
Examine.com is worth looking at, more supplement stuff, but good advice and discussion of studies about protein, etc.
For podcasts, I like Sigma Nutrition and Fitcast, among others. Many like HalfSizeMe for weight loss (I've listened to some good episodes, but it's less what I'm interested in).2
