I'll have a great week then fall off the wagon. It takes weeks to build momentum back up. Any suggestions?

Don’t fall off or keep the mental stigma of falling off. Like if it’s important you will make it happen and flexibility and planning are key. I speak from extensive experience esp with depression and suicidal thoughts over the last couple of months. Dedication to excellence is what keeps me moving.0

Try filling out the food diary a few days in advance. It helps you stay on track.
That said, you do have to figure out why you quit. Unless and until you address that, the cycle continues.0
