Trying to get ahead of this

Hey everyone! For the last 10 years I have weighed about 130 lbs. I recently started gaining weight much faster than I should have (I’m now almost 150 lbs) with no lifestyle changes. It turned out that I have hypothyroidism and my metabolism had slowed down drastically. I’m currently working on getting hormones back in balance but in the mean time I’ve still gained more weight in about 4-5 months than I have in my entire adult life. I would LOVE some friends who can help me stay motivated to lose this 20 lbs that’s I’ve gained in the past few months and help me prevent myself from continuing to gain weight. Feel free to add me!

If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.
Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
