I’m new!

Using this app for the first time! I’ve only recorded 3 days but I’m feeling really excited to be more aware of my body and how I can fuel it better. I’m pairing this by working with a personal trainer once a week, and three workouts on my own.

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
