    One thing is for sure: human weight issues are international and cover all languages, wherever we live. Where do you reside? Are there dietitians within your local health system? There might be a golden opportunity waiting for you, starting your own healthy lifestyle club in your area.

    There are different languages available.
    Go to your home page on the web site, not the app.
    Select ‘setting’ there is a language option.
    There are even forums for some languages.
