Hi - I am Beth and have done WW before and now trying to save money by using myfitnesspal along with FitBit. I've been walking for three weeks now, only taking one day off a week. I just synced the two together so any advice help is greatly appreciated. I am a married 48 year old woman and I love to snack (my downfall). I am trying to lose 15lbs by vacation in October and am down 5 already. I love making new friends and would love to be motivated as well motivate others. My husband and I lost weight two years ago on WW and I need to lose what I gained back (I didn't gain it all back). I thought I needed a new approach to keep me engaged. :happy: :happy:
