Hello there,
Feels good to be part of this community. I really want to drop my kg from 64 to 60kg. I'm a Nigerian.

Please can anyone advise what Nigerian food I can be on and the measurement? I'll really appreciate.

    You can pretty much eat whatever you want, as long as you stay within your calorie limit for the day. Of course, make sure you are getting enough proteins, carbs and fats. And you’re good!

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.

    I have the same weight loss goal as you ;)
    I've just been eating the same as usual but trying to cut out the more processed and junky foods. After a while, you can see a pattern forming. I go way too hard on the carbs and fat and usually go over my daily calorie intake by about 600 or so haha. Need more protein. We'll get there!
