Hi everyone I am a really really fussy eater any tips on what to eat I’m trying to lose weight but sick of eating the same food because I don’t like much

    Make a list of foods and meals that you enjoy. Make your meals in portions that fit within your calorie goals. Bam! Done. No need to eat any special kinds of foods, unless you are interested in branching out, or if you have a vitamin/nutrient deficiency to address.
