I know this works

I am not really new i have been MFP die heart before and i know it works but after joying the navy and having a super busy life i have fell off the wagon I am ready to get back on i am navy sailor now and currently deployed i have an office job so i can log in cals and i do my best to work out finding the time can be hard i like to motivate ppl and i like the motivation from others I am 5'4 i am 160lbs looking to get back to the low 140's i know i can do it i am still with in navy standards but want to look good naked is my true motivation for going at this again my life has changed a lot and we are always on the move and despite what some ppl may think the navy is the worse branch when it comes to working we dont really do it unless we want too
so with that being Said want to push and look extra sexy when i return i am currently by Austral so i know the difference is huge but
I want encouraging friends add me if you can log and stay on track

    ive been on and off MFP for awhile now.. weight has gone up and down. I think this time around I need to connect with people more on here for motivation as that is the one thing I haven't done on here in the past. I usually just use it as a calorie tracker and call it a day. maybe that's why I have failed so many times. anyways im 27, male, 5'7" and close to 200lbs.. so way overweight. looking for some good friends that can help motivate and may need some motivation from me as well. feel free to add me.
