Moving to a new apartment, the exercise moving boxes
And household items upstairs (both apartments are 2 floors, says I burned and should eat an additional 6000 plus calories, but how accurate is that.
I’m about to challenge accepted this calorie battle because after moving all day I’m famished lol

If it took 15 to 20 hours without a break, 6,000 calories might be reasonable.
But moving probably isn't something you do very often, if you overeat because of it once a year that's not going to have any real effect on your weight loss.1
