Losing body fat?

Hello everyone,
I was wondering what are some of the best ways to lower body fat percentage? I notice I am getting stronger and gaining more muscle in the gym. But the muscle seems to not be as dominant because of body fat. What should I do to lower it? My current Calories a day are about 2500.

CI/CO, decrease calories so you are at a deficit every day. Get a food scale so you know exactly what your are consuming. I was 100lbs overweight and didn't notice significant body fat reduction until I was around 55-60 lbs down. I do cardio 3 days a week and weight training 3 days a week , but without proper diet, that is pretty much meaningless for weight loss.6 -
Fat loss is simple- not easy. The main factor to focus on being in a CALORIC DEFICIT. You could, in theory, eat only twinkies and as long as you're under maintenance, still lose fat.
