Those are two things you need not worry about being over on. In fact, make it a goal to hit your fiber (feel free to go over) on a daily basis. You will see you will break sugar once in a while also, but keep in mind that natural sugars such as in diary and fruits/vegetables do not necessarily hurt you. Just don't go over because you are binging on candy! You will do just fine!

Sounds like you will need to plan ahead each time. Maybe if you post what you are eating then we can help you figure it out.

Or add me as a friend and email me and I will help you if you are not comfortable posting online.

MFP's automatic settings for fiber and protein are let. Set protein at 30% and fiber to 25-30g. My Home / Goals / Change Goals / Custom.

I always go way over on both and it doesn't seem to matter.

I agree with those that said don't worry about it.
You need to focus on your calories in the short term (day to day) and just make increasing your fiber/protein etc. and lowering fat or sugars in the long term.
No matter WHAT they are from, calories are the issue and if you are routinely UNDER your goal that is an issue. Now, that also depends on if your goal is the same as the recommended daily calorie goal for your height/age/weight, or if you have chosen a lower goal and are under THAT.

If you want more info, feel free to message me.
But, you WILL get it. You are making the first step and that is what matters!

I don't really pay much attention to those numbers so long as my total caloric intake are at or under my goal for the day.
I try to maintain a good balance of foods throughout the day and stay away from empty calorie foods and drinks.

The only daily totals I watch other than calories are cholesterol (especially saturated), Sodium, and fats.
