Can i take whole day calories in 1 meal and is it effective

That's entirely up to you.
There is no way I could eat enough protein and fiber in one meal to eat what I consider a healthy diet, but there are people here who are successful eating one meal a day.
If your goal is weight loss or gain, calories will determine that. Meal timing, macro distribution, food quality, etc can make it easier or harder for you to hit your calorie goal, and different strategies work for different people.2 -

You could always try and, if it doesn't work for you, distribute your daily calorie allotment in a different way.

you can do it and it may be effective for awhile but you have to understand that your body will hold on to fat cells if it feels it is being starved from lack of food you will have more success eating more times a day and less food so you will be able to maintain metabolism and also not get afternoon sluggishness0
