I would recommend contacting a gym or physical therapist that specializes with physical disabilities. The gym I go to happens to have lots of programs, and they have physical therapists on site and a bunch of other disability friendly stuff like hand bikes and wheelchair accessible weight machines (also a snozlen room for people with autism). I’m not sure where you’d find one near you, but maybe searching and asking around locally? Any gym affiliated with Paralympics should also have the machines and training, the one at my university does as well. I think access will probably depend on where you are.2

I would seek out a trainer experienced in with physical disabilities in person.
I trained one person a few years ago who had S.P. and it went extremely well. Though these things are more successful with someone who has vast details on your capabilities or challenges.
