isn't that your full calories for the day, not just the calories for that walk?
since you don't mention your gender, height, etc, there's no way to know.
my husband is 6' 7", and he can eat 2500 calories and do nothing but sit on the couch without gaining weight. i'm 5' 3", and i can do the same with around 1560 calories, so it very much depends.0 -
