I was overweight and suffered a hypertention heart attack. Had 2 stents put in and was told to keep under a 2500 mg sodium diet. I pretty much cut out all salt/sodium at this time and using the app to track all my meals. I do not want this to happen again and willing to give support to those who need it to prevent what happened to me happening to them.

Welcome! I have to keep sodium fairly low from history of heart failure.
I like "No Salt" salt substitute. It turns bitter when cooked... But sprinkled on foods after they're cooked, tastes pretty good.
Even after my heart healed, I have to watch sodium... Causes edema on me.
Like can't drink Gatorade or sports drinks... Can't eat salty snacks in excess. Have to watch for hidden sodium.
Good luck.0
