I'm READY!

I grew up playing tennis. I was able to eat whatever I wanted. When I stopped playing tennis, things changed. I could still eat more than others, but I would go up and down the scale 5-10 lbs throughout the years. When I hit 49 and menopause, I gained 30 lbs without changing my diet. I have tried everything over the last 3 yrs to lose weight. I am ready to make a real lifestyle shift in my life.

Welcome to the community!
If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.
Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
Good luck with your journey!1 -
