NutirBullet

So, I have been thinking about getting a nutribullet for a long time to help me eat more veggies and greens. Got it today and was looking over the recipes, most of which call for 2-3 whole fruits per serving. I am only eating 1200 calories a day and only 24 grams of sugar - I know this will put me over my sugar intake. Anyone else have the nutribullet and find the amount of fruit to be detrimental to your weight loss goals? Any good recipes to share?

Don't worry about the sugar unless you have a medical reason to limit it.
Also, I would up your calories (set your goal at 0.5lbs per week since you are close to goal).
Fruit alone will not make you gain weight.0 -
Thanks so much for your input!0

The only complaint I have about the NutriBullet is every single recipe tastes like bananas haha.0
